Birthday Parties

Birthday Parties Include:

• A private party room for 2-hours

• Full Kitchen access 

• Printable party invitations

• Behind the scenes tour of the shelter

• Animal themed crafts and activity

• An activity to adopt a plush cat or dog

• A special visit from an animal guest (if appropriate shelter animals are present)

• Party host to assist

Party Details:

• $250 per party

• Parties are offered Saturdays 11am-1pm & 2pm-4pm

• Families are welcome to bring their own food, beverages, and decorations

  • CVHS does not provide plates, cups, utensils, etc.

  • Decorations may NOT be nailed, screwed, glued, or permanently adhered to walls or ceilings.

• Children attending the party must be 6 years of age or older. Siblings of the birthday child who are under 6 years of age are invited to attend as long as the total number of children participating in activates are under the maximum allowed.

• Maximum number of guest is 10 children (including birthday child) and 4 adult chaperones. An additional 2 children can be added for $10 more per child.

• Reservations are required at least two weeks in advance.

Itinerary:

15 minutes – Welcome Guests

15 minutes – Animal related craft 

15 minutes – Animal related game 

15 minutes – Shelter tour

15 minutes – Visit from animal guest

15 minutes – adopt a plush cat or dog

30 minutes – Birthday Celebrations, eat cake, open presents, etc.

Please note: Peanut butter and other peanut products are present throughout the premises, for those with allergies.

 

Cedar Valley Humane Society adheres to a no-refund cancellation policy since dates for parties are reserved. In the event, the reservation fee will be receipted as a 100% donation.
