Representative Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of those the Handyman will be expected to undertake and carry out.

• Light maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting, carpentry, etc.

• Basic building and grounds maintenance;
• Completion of volunteer orientation;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Enthusiasm and the ability to be a team player and work with a variety of people;
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete assigned tasks on schedule;
• Affection for animals, concern for their welfare and a willingness to accommodate animals in the workplace;
• A commitment to treat people and animals with respect; contribute to effective teamwork; promote cooperation; and foster public relations beneficial to the CVHS.
