How Mandy Chose Her New Family

April 9th, 2012 by Cedar Valley Humane Society

It was February 2005 when I decided my male cat, Bud, needed a feline companion. I went to the Cedar Valley Humane Society to meet the kitties. I spent about an hour and a half in the kitty room while other people came, picked out a cat and left. This is a big decision that I didn’t want to rush as I like to get a feel for their personalities. I talked to the kitties and brought them out to get a closer look. When I put them back in their cages, they turned around to eat or wash, just generally ignoring Continue Reading »
